Jason and I really appreciate all the extra work you put in to helping us get set up with a mortgage. I think I corresponded with you for about a year – at first trying to figure out how to mortgage our other house and then after all your efforts with that, we went ahead and sold it and bought another house that was more affordable. I know you put a lot of time and effort and always got back to us when we called or emailed you as soon as you could, almost always within minutes or hours – the same day usually, even on weekends. We found you were very reliable and knowledgeable and did everything you could for us to get a mortgage.

We were new to this, but Josh explained everything and he worked within our parameters…we were in a rush, but Josh got everything done in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
